General conditions of sale

Welcome to SHAMANIC TANDEM!

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the relationship between JAY DH, registered under number 9090 1020023 , and any person wishing to make a purchase via the Shamanictandem.com website, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

  1. OBJECT

    These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Shamanic Tandem, in particular minerals, incense, candles and other esoteric items.

  2. ACCEPTANCES AND CONDITIONS

    Any order placed on our site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. These conditions may be updated at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

  3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

    Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations in color or shape may exist, particularly for natural minerals, as each piece is unique. In the event that products are unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and will be able to choose between a refund or a replacement product.

  4. PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

    Prices : Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Shamanic Tandem reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

    Accepted payment methods : The customer can pay for their purchases by credit card (via a secure platform) or by bank transfer (details will be provided at the time of ordering). The order will be processed after payment validation. If the transfer is not received within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

  5. ORDER AND DELIVERY

    All orders are considered firm and final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer summarizing the order details. Shamanic Tandem reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with a Customer or suspicion of fraud.

  6. DELIVERY

    Delivery times and carrier : Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment validation. Currently, we only deliver to mainland France via a national carrier.

    Delivery costs : Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order.

    Reception : The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of damaged packages, the Customer must report any concerns to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

  7. RETURN CONDITIONS

    Returns must be notified by email and are only accepted for defective or damaged products; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. After receipt and verification of the product, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

  8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

    We are committed to providing products that conform to the descriptions. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products. In case of defective products, the Customer can contact us by email within 7 days of receipt.

  9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    The personal information collected is used only to process orders and will never be sold to a third party.

  10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

    These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the competent courts.
